I'd completely disagree with having it automatically load, or having it in the header etc.

Also curious where 'active members' comes from, how does vbulletin calculate that.

It's currently Active Members 1,152 which I only see about 170 people post per weekly posting stats so maybe 500 max I can't see over 1.1k being active

Also, where's posting stats been for past few weeks?
I assume VB calculates that otherwise I have no clue..

I was away for 1 week so Phil was meant to post them but he never did and the next week we both completely forgot about it, was still in holiday mode They will be posted this week... like now. The reward will remain the same for this week although I will aim for it to be changed for the upcoming weeks.

Can we get like a new department - sub to the moderation department to start new topics and make it more interactive and things to talk about?

That's because you can't post directly into it, it's mostly there so the threads don't get lost.

Good idea but making 40 posts a week is actually really easy if you have to. I know of someone on here (naming no names!) who can post 40ish times a week but never actually promotes discussion. Posting 'Congratzz' or 'Thanks for your time' in every Congratulations & Thank Yous thread does nothing except promote spam and encourage brainless comments to be posted on the forum.
Perhaps make mods post 40 times a week plus make two new threads in any public forum they like?

And tbh it shouldn't just be mods; managers should also be made to post a bit more too. Basically the higher rank you are, the more you should be expected to post. When I've been staff, Habbox has always been far too nice when giving targets to post more. You always get told 'you're such a wonderful member of staff but I'd love to see you post a bit more!! ' and that's just not good enough. Posting and making threads, especially for Senior+, should be non-optional.

Perhaps that seems a little harsh but what keeps Habbox going is the community. Sure, events help. Maybe some fun competitions can raise awareness for our fansite. But at the end of the day the sense of community is what we excel at.

Funny enough I don't think congrats forum increases post count anymore for that reason, not sure, someone might have turned it of. I actually suggested to make x amount of posts and x amount of threads a week which is seem is reasonable but its still an idea at the moment.

I do agree, even I need to post more. Generally the posting side of targets etc aren't really counted as if you don't complete them then you will be disciplined but as I said to Phil if we don't put our foot down on people most times we ain't gunna get anywhere.

I actually am in the process of doing another big event on the forum but I would rather to take my time and have everything ready then post it so it goes all smoothly. Also there are other big events coming up so I don't think this year would be suitable.

    I totally agree with you.

All I can say is I hope this isn't going to be one of those many occasions where someone decides to appease the forum members by agreeing with everything they say but then coming up with excuse after excuse for why it can't be done now. If you can't do it, find someone else who can. Or in every spare 15 minutes you have, work on your ideas a little further, save them and then come back to them in the next spare 15 minutes.

If it waits until the New Year it will never. get. done.

Well upcoming there are big events such as now, Habboxween. We have November which Halloween goes into for the slightest bit. I don't want to post it in November because it wont be ready. Christmas will come by, I will most likely be away/limited activity plus there is the Christmas bonanza thingy. In January I know sho has said not to do anything because she is planning something.

    It will come

I don't think putting the radio on the forum would be helpful though, I've noticed our listeners getting worse but a radio on forum would annoy people.

V7 is coming to mind here. "It'll be here, it'll be here!!!!"

Why won't you be ready to post in November? The Christmas event doesn't start until mid December so you have a little over a month to sort it out between Halloween and Christmas. Can you seriously not write up a new set of rules in five weeks? Is that some kind of joke?
I understand you might want to make this a big thing but five weeks??

Edit: @Jssy; yh I was just mentioning it because HabboQuests forum is extremely popular already and they've done it. I don't think I'd rly like the radio to be on our forum though as I'd just mute it all the time anyway.
