In every single game I join, I always have 1 - 3 bars. Sometimes 1 bar can last throughout the game or it might go up to 3 bars for a minute then start lagging and return to 1 bar. Or sometimes it stays balanced on 2 bar but still laggs like hell. I am using a PS3 but it could just be to do with cod5 it's self.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
