If your running detailed payware aircraft, that might be the problem. Try a simple default plane for a start then if you have same problem. You either need to upgrade / reinstall FS.

erm all i use is the PMDG im getting 40/60 frames a sec :S

I just randomly flew from frankfurt/main to anywhere and took a few screenies havent got any landings cos I quit after I did screenies .
