I was looking at the rares section, where you guys said it'd be out today.. but what it says is;

"Re-introducing, for one day only, Mr RAL's long-lost relatives the Blue Amber Lamps."

So it could be saying that the BLUE ambers will just be out for one day and then there was the "Guest Appearance" already but the Red Amber and then the super short visit has yet to occur

Which brings me back to saying that you guys just assumed that it would be out.

What exactly did Helkat say..
was it "IT WILL DEFFO BE OUT TONIGHT BEFORE MIDNIGHT I GUARENTEE"
or something

It said exactly the same for the red one, except it obviously said the "red amber lamp" instead. And it said "KEEP checking back to collect all 3" implying that we had to check back throughout the night. All of them were to be released today.

It said the exact same thing because the Red Amber is part of the "Guest Appearance" while the Blue Amber is the one that's gunna be there the longest.
Keep checking back to collect all 3 doesn't exactly say that it's being released today

The guest appearance wasnt by the Red Amber Lamp due to the whole thing to do with RAL! Blue and Gold were its relatives giving a guest appearance.
