The thingd I go on about from dominion tower. Requirements -

500 kills
Kill these at least once in tower -

Nomad
Amascuts demons
Ice demon
Balance elemental
Dagganoth sentinels

As for what they do, firstly act as a slightly souped up version of barrows gloves. However without a weapon, (shield or defender is however allowed), they act as a crush weapon equivalent to that of a whip, with then the stats of goliaths added, meaning they are even higher damage per second than mail for crush. When being used as weapons they will also randomly hit your Target for a value afrom like 50 to 120ish, and stun them, and also lower their stats slightly though I can't remember off top of my head how much, though I think it is 10%
