It honestly works, I downloaded it, and I've been able to up my graphics on the FS a bit and I get in between 15 - 23FPS now, even on the ground

using that will make your graphics better, because it will give you more FPS which enables you to up the sliders

Edit your .cfg. I got an edited one and it made quite a difference for me. Adding diff. textures etc :]
