The iPad has been out for a while so of course it wouldn't take long to jailbreak. I'm sure when then next iPad comes out, that will even get jailbroken as well.

Just read my post again and realised I made it out of context.

At first I was referring to that fact he had jail-broken it within hours of getting it and then I was noting that he had gotten first generation apple hardware when second generation is only months away and will be 10x better.
