Pirlo is going to Chelsea for £18 Million I think, and Huntelaar is going to Stutgard which is pretty much a done deal. Shame because they would both be intresting for Arsenal. Snijder could be leaving Madrid too but Arsenal don't really need another attacking mid. One of the Diarras would fit perfectly though but I don't think Madrid will sell either.

I really don't think Lass would even come back to Arsenal after how Wenger treated him.

Adebayor, though being a good player would be a major disruption at city, like elano is, and whilst we're trying to build a good team the one thing we don't need is disruptions.

I'm guessing the recession hit the big 4 too I don't think any of the big 4 are prepared to splash out the money this transfer window because of the inflation in the market, fair enough seeing as players such as Glen Johnson and Valencia are going for £17 million each, which could have got you Torres last season. I know which one I'd rather have It's best to wait till next year for big buys as they will be less expensive. I agree that Arsenal need to spend as they haven't been doing so for a while now.
