Edit: Dropbox seems to have cut the image down It is bigger then the image by about 4" each side.

How have they cut 4 inches off each side? :S It looks untouched and if it were stretched it would look odd :S

I can open it full size, and the whole thing will fit in the window with white space around the sides and bottom

From what he said his screen size should be whatever the HD format is (1***x1080), but if that's the case the dimensions are all right - the Windows button, taskbar, desktop icons etc. How it's cutting things off makes no sense :S How would the browser scale something which is perfectly fine? It's freaky
