I've PM'ed Sierk regarding the situation, and yet even though hes been online today and posted in the forum moderators only forum about "Reminder about people complaining about staff" he hasn't replied to my PM, so i think my voice has once again gone unheard.

Well apart from participating in the thread which was not started by me I did
move a thread back from where the FM had put it for whatever reason he felt the need to do that. This was because staff were messaging me to ask where it was because they wanted to post in it. Other staff and managers have made worse mistakes than this and not even received a warning. I also had a clean sheet before this episode.

I have heard that he may have made other allegations against me but I don't
know what they are at all so cannot answer them. Apart from moving a thread back into the mod forum I have never broken any other rule whether it is in the staff forum or in the main forum apart from a warning for a double posting when I first arrived as a member. So it looks like breaking that one rule and expressing an opinion along with 85% of the Moderation staff was enough to get me the sack.

I am happy for the reasons to be disclosed on the forum if somebody wants to.

Usually, when people believe that the management is not doing their job right, it leads to a Vote of No Confidence - I suspect this would be done behind closed doors, in the Staff Forums.

There was a petiton/statement signed by 11 of the Mod/AFM staff posted 'behind closed doors'. There was no intention to embarass or insult just to seek some consideration of our views. In fact it was watered down from an intention to strike at my suggestion because of the negative effect it would have on the forum.

Well yes, I think it is good that he has admitted its wrong except for someone with his command of english and intelligence it is quite surprising.

Well as I said post some examples of things that I made things up.

I do not think it is me that should make things clearer - that did me laugh. I do not have supporters. They are just members of the forum who are expressing an opinion. I have not been around the forum canvassing for support. I have more respect for myself and more of a life than that.


There really was not any need for this. The mod/AFMs staff made a thread in a closed forum. He could have read it, reflected on it , consulted other managers about it and had a meeting. Instead he reacted instantly by firing 2 moderators and removing my permissions. ---MAD--- doesn't like me but thats okay with me. Not everybody can like everybody but I have worked for him and always followed his instructions.
