Ok I have a small, but very hard, lump on the front of my upper leg (Quadricep Muscle), i noticed this a while ago and it has not gone away. Does this sound anything like your predicament?

If so here is more info.

I went to my doctor and he told me that it looks like it came from over activity (In your case the over activity could be the self inflicted pleasures ) well anyway he said it looked like I had torn a muscle and that because I had not rested the muscle, it had developed a bruise on the inside of my skin.

He also said that this bruise would go extremely hard and should fade within a couple of weeks. I have to go back next week to show him this lump (that still hasnt gone down), he said if it hasn't gone down by next week I will have to have it scanned.

I really do suggest you see the doctor, as it will be totally confidential, and at the end of the day, it is better to be safe than sorry.

omg, i ha d to get cir'cumsized too it cains for the first few weeks but it gets better! im not sure bout the lump, i have lumps from the stitches but thats it :S
