Hey, there was thing on vh2 called the rise & rise of green day, and on there, 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours was called 39/Smooth. Yet there is a font called 39 Smooth ON 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours. Coincidence?
    LOL RANDOM

    And peanut, you're really 'tarded.
You said your dad hadn't heard of them, yet you say that your dad has most of the albums when you mean your brother.

Oh, and the green rep was meant to be red.

Nimrod has got to be their best for sheer energy! Love Green Day, and the only real reason anyone doesn't like them is the fact that they have been overplayed on MTV so much that it makes you sick of their songs. One tip: don't watch MTV!

By the way, 39/Smooth was mixed with a load of other EP's they had called 2000 Hours, and theres another one as well.

How can you say that when you can't get their name right? Or did you "forget" the space?

All they sing about is they're fame, or something sad, ect. And its like, just because they put on eyeliner and stuff they are all hardcore. =\ They arent punk, they are more of a pop-rock sort. I dont understand why everyone likes them, but thats my opinion. :rolleyes:And i think they just **** out loud live. Coldplay is the best, same with Panic! at the disco. Greenday is just wrong

Wroooooooooooooooooooong :p If you really were an old school green day fan, you would realise that 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours was a compilation of old albums like Slappy.

Random Fact:Having a Green Day means sitting inside your house all day and smoking hash.

    Some call that a problem.

i love the *** pistols, i'm just glad green day aren't trying to be copycats or wannabees by trying to copy them. at least they aren't the manufactured stuff which fills up the radio, and they can play a few notes. Mike Dirnt is a pretty talented bass player (or at least he used to show it, not so much now) and Tre is an amazing drummer.

    WTH?

I'm not a fan of them, I'm just stating something I saw on TV. The cover design was the same, but the back wasn't.
