As I have said in another post, my reasoning fits perfectly with TwoWorlds'. They may be testing the custom name feature instead of sending messages with "Hello Habbo", and also being able to send to a certain group of Habbos maybe, if some people did not receive the message. (For example: All Habbos created since x.)
