For starters please compare my work in the correct file type, secondly i havent a clue what your on about and im not sure that you do either. Thirdly, no sh*t sherlock, usually when your trying to do a pixelised version of a photo you aim to do it the same size and shape
Fourthly... I do all my work in paint and last time i check there was no "highlighting or enhancing tool"
