You either need to go to an access point [many around the country] or you can choose the option of playing from home. For this you need a wireless router, or the Nintendo Wi-Fi software, which is a driver as well as a USB thing for your PC which costs about £20.

Yay! You got some money then.
Check your map for where Static is, and the fish. I find it much harder to fish on this one as the old'un the fish didn't leave the screen..
