STILL havn't got mine, it don't look like I'll be going back to school any time soon either.
I have only done the y8 papers, which the goverement is introducing as optional for the school to use.
And i got 7a in maths, and the paper was only a 5-7
But they didn't tell us are english and the goverment don't make science ones for y8
What's with all this "8c" and "6a" :s When I got mine last year (I am in year ten) We just got numbers! Mine were

Basically, some schools give you a letter after the level. All schools recieve the letter from the examiners just don't tell you
Anyway here goes, the levels are worked out like this.
7a
7b
7c
6a
6b
6c
5a
5b
5c
4a
4b
4c
A is top of the level, B the middle of the level, and C the bottom of the level.
So if you get a 6a you know are nearly at a 7c, and if you get a 6c you need to be careful not to go down to 5a.
