Stop arguing. Slixor can do what he wants. If it's not mature that's his decision. He can do what he wants to do. He chooses if he wishes to act mature or not. I'm sure he is mature, but I'm sure you'd be angry if someone stole something you'd made.

Nothing. It's what I'd do and the majority of other Website Owners would do. I wouldn't take them to court but that's a possibility.
