Obviously the laws are there for a reason - they are there as a guidelines to protect young children from the risks of having sex, and what not - but this doesn't rule out the fact that some people mature quicker than other people, and feel they are ready earlier than 16.

I'd say generally 16-18, because you are classed as a young adult then, and it's what the law reccomends.

But, ultimately, it's up to the individuals to decide whether they're ready.

I would Say between 15-18ish More on the line of 16 though lol, as it is the Legal Age. But I do know alot of people who have at 15. Also 13 is far to young. Imagine the impact of having a Baby at the age of 13. Personally I would have died.
