Do you mean plan as in "Hey hunny, let's have sex Tuesday at 5 o'clock and do this *insert sexual activity here*."

Because if so, I read somewhere that planned sex is boring, it has to be done on the spot for it to be good However, you can plan what ages, because that comes under self-morals and actions.
