Haha, yet again they're open and the whole Habbo public have hopes of being a 'famous Safety/Habbo X'. I would apply but 1. My main account has too many bans and 2. The account I could register on hasn't logged on that many times.. Nor I think has it been on that long (6 months or w.e).

EDIT: Wait no, it's well within the boundaries. It's only the fact I haven't been on Habbo for ages (and I don't really plan to), and the fact I aint logged on that much that I canney get in. Shame.
