I don't know him personally, but I shall use an example.
Bren is a happy-go-lucky guy. This influences his way with hiring staff and making events. I see no connection?
You can be a happy or angry person, you can still do any job unless the job requires you to be happy, acting or serious wise "/ So no, his personality does not effect how he does his job, because anyone can do a manager job, if they have the skills, not the personality, the skills to do something.

Tbh its about the quality of help, not the amount of habbos in the room, i'd much prefer to have 10-15 users in rather than have the desk full all the time, the reason being that when someone comes in asking for help, we can attend to them quicker and give tham a full and detailed answer, rather than the short and sweet one they would probably be getting if the room was full
when it comes to help i think our expretise is second to none, and 99% of habbos that have asked us for help would probably say the same
another thing: management, i think its great, bren and john are superbly chilled out and encourage their staff fully, creating the unique bond that us HxHD staff have, thus allowing us to offer a better service to habbos that need it
