I think its silly when people worry about their weight. I mean i no i aint fat, im size 8-10, so i aint worried. Muscle weighs more then fat and at the moment im trying to tone up so im happy. My best mate has a real nice figure but when she weighed herself she was like 9 stone so now shes dieting, she was perfectly happy with her figure before she weighed herself. Its silly.

Omg I am so confused, some people here who say they r 15 say they way about 6-7 stones which is like 85 - 100 pounds... Well at 15 nearly every single person I know is over 110 or even over 120

This does not make sense, Mentor said 1 stone = 14 pounds american... is this true
