Go with the nappy idea. Only thing that will probably work but still make sure to stick with the old go the toilet before bed and dont drink withing 3 hours of bed. But seriously people wont notice the nappy and if you think. Its better then your freinds coming to you in the morning and saying "Whats that horrible smell coming from your bed? Uhh.. why do you have yellow all over your sheets?" Think of it that way.
