How come all you guys are so hyped over club tropica? What exactly is it? :S

I'm hyped up about it because I'm banned from Habbo and I think it will be funny to watch it get scripted for the first couple of months.
Suppose saying it was going to be released tonight (if they said that and it wasn't just a rumour) then it builds up lot's of tension for when it does open.
