To be honest, it just looks like a low fly jet. Could of easily of been something like this from below;



Because the speed these things travel at is hard to capture on any camera. So smudging would of been obvious.

Just done a bit of reading up, seems this fits the 'Black Triangle' UFO figure.

Black triangles are the name given to a series of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO) with several common similarities that have reportedly been observed since the 1940s (and possibly earlier) to the present day. They have appeared more commonly over cities of the United States and England, but have been spotted worldwide, including a mass sighting over St. Petersburg, Russia on February 19, 1997.
