I forgot, you can disable avatars and signatures yourself in user cp.

user cp >> options >> thread display options >> untick the boxes.

I am someone who unfortunately suffers from epilepsy, so I have to be careful what websites I go on, but as I was browsing the forum I saw Iascend's and it started to make my head hurt alot. If it was any more flashy, it could have been worse. So I think flashing sigs like that should be banned from use.

I suggest you disable signatures from showing on posts etc. You can do this in your usercp -> options.
