Don't take up smoking, it's hard to stop with some people. I know a friend who did it just because but wasn't really enjoying it. She's addicted now and does it 24/7. It's hard to have a conversation with someone who smokes...I hate the smell...

Everyone i know -my gf smokes.

Used to it but still don't like.

My advice is don't take it.
Causes too many deaths and i have seen the state of people try to quit, not pretty!

To be honest, there teaching you, show some respect just because they smoke which you are opposed to don't go harrasing them on there personal habits.

I smoke shisha pipes so I don't smoke that often, and I've only ever had 1 regular cigarette.

some people smoke to relieve stress. there's quite a few reasons why people do it but yes, it's quite a risky habit.

I know this might sound stupid when you come to facts but do you want to live untill your 90, Sitting in your house, no job, no xbox, maybe a tv with freeview, I mean its not a very entertaining life is it. But on the other hand you dont want to die like a nasty death or anything or have lung cancer but smoking is disgusting and costs alot of money, My dad spent 40k on smoking within 20 years, Think about what you could do with 40k buy a new car extend your house ect...

that's what i was thinking with the age thing. future foundation says that in 50 years life expectancy will be 120+ years but seriously, who would want to live that long because most people become dependent on other when they turn 75-80+.
