Ill try again now, hopefully ill get someone different, I could have sworn I spoke to the same guy twice who just couldnt understand what I was trying to tell him. He kept going on about me trying new batterys after id told him about 5 times that I already have.

Was he indian? if he was i had the same guy. all he said was "change the betterys" restart xbox press there connect button on the xbox and controller.

Yeah, ive had him twice now. He kept repeating the same thing then after I explained that the controller wouldnt sync with the console even with new battery's he said "Sorry I do not understand, have you tried new battery's" Took me 10mins for him to finally understand. Gotta try again tomorrow now didnt know it closed at 8 on saturdays

anyone recon I can get a wireless adapter from them? even though I dont have one

Game has a re-call on them so I cant buy one at the mo

I suppose I could ring up and say it keeps going onto low signal but when I tried my mates adapter on my xbox it worked fine, so it must be a problem with my adapter. Then I could say that ive thrown it.

There's lots of recalls on the wireless adaptors as there was recently a dodgy batch.

I'm tempted to set my sights high and try for a wireless racing wheel, but they are £70 and there was recently a recall on the racing wheel's so they'll probably just say to send it them.
