Driving age - Your Views

I drive to school everyday. I wrecked my mom's car at 16 and it really smartened me up a lot about driving. Driving isn't all about how fast you can go, and doing ticks. I go as fast as I feel nesessary and I drive my car like it should be driven.

I agree.. you can drive a car fast but that doesn't mean you can handle it.

I personally think 18's too young but on the other hand its jus tirte. I think its stupid with people like boy racers, but for people who drive respsonsible its ok.l

It is fine as it is, but it wouldn't bother me if it was upped to 18. Most people here are probably under 17 and are saying that they would like it to be lower purely because they want to get in a car as quickly as possible, and not thinking about what really matters.

Driving should stay at 17, 18 is ok.

iv'e done no research, but personally i don't think people mature that much between the age of 17 and 18 and that it wont affect driving much, i think 16 is too low though. I say don't change it, and i drive at the moment
