Shouldnt be all under 16's but i agree with this. It annoys me when i go out and see 12 year olds at 10pm drinking and acting hard and intimidating old residents.

i sorta see what yr saying there tbh helen.
the skanks who get £2.50, and get stupid drunk on a bottle of cider, then get walked home by the lads with thier hair all over the place, missing a show, puke down their white tops.
yeah, annoys me too.
i wouldn't care if they were more considerate tbh, but they just aint.
for some reason, a bunch of them have been drinking right near my girlfriends house recently god knows why, it's a quiet suburb, but yano, they'll drink anywhere i guess.
& they're just so loud & that, it's a pisstake, cuz my girlfriend has a baby tht goes to bed at seven, and they're just oud as ****.

but not all 14 year olds are scrotes like that.
like, i'm just 15, so yano.
& when me & my mates drink, we stay in town, buy our drink, (usually whiskey, gin & beer lol) & then go back to toms.
we don't usually drink out on the streets, but if we ever do, we're dead quiet, and don't even litter a bottle.

so y'see, now yr jsut steryotyping, just like the government.

just the majority are douchebags, haha.

Theres nothing to do round my area but walk round n round town :/ gets boring after about the 2nd time.. i'd prefer to go round a mates than stay around my town lol..

I heard about this, and in my town drinking is quite a huge thing with the kiddies and so is drugs and criminal damage. I'm actually glad they're putting it to that down here, because here is quite out of control. It's a shame that it's happening to all under 16s, but I guess it's always a few give a crowd a bad name.

My parents who are coppers, are all for it too lol. It won't help that much, it's just giving them a bigger job. Teenagers will just move away from city areas and go to fields like they will down here. there's enough fields.
