The help tool is so bad imo, when i was trying to get unbanned I had 3 people dealing with it (0rca, Akela! and disarno (i think)) and they were all saying different things

Take a read and pay particular attention to what I've pasted from 0rca's home page: http://www.habbo.co.uk/home/0rca

Please don't use the Guest book for HHT queries, you simply won't get an answer as all queries have to go through the HHT and be private.


What have you learned
If you have been banned, and you think you should be unbanned, tell me what you have learned and why you think you should come back. Don't demand an unban, be polite tell me in your own words, and I may very well give you another go

3-4 months wait for an unban
A lot of you want to know why I ask you to wait, the reason is, we want to see how you behave in the time you are banned, if you come on and then get banned on another name, we won't unban you. I like giving second chances, so I want to see if you have learned anything from your ban. Ban appeals are offered by email and NOT to everyone!

Thanks for that Alice ill keep all that in mind when i e-mail them again hopefully it works i havnt been banned on other accounts and it was stupid of me to do what i did so ill give it a couple more days then ill email them

I phoned sulake aswell they didnt help me one bit loads of people have told me they unban you

They probly dont do it over the phone coz its harder to identify you, an probly means more work for them haha

send an e-mail as if your a parent, works fine haha

Mate it was 0rca because i phoned up once and the same woman picked up and i asked if this is 0rca on the phone and she said yes.

They don't tell you their Habbo names.
