Well you could buy her a bunch of roses, some chocolate and some jewellery. If you dont know what type then either browse through the catalogues with her and let her choose what she likes or judge by some other jewlerry she has. (E.g she has a ring with a horse and a diamond on it, by something that looks alike)

Or best off just give her £70 and let her buy what ever she wants to.

I have a mental image of the one my mum bought herself. It's a pink heart shaped jewel necklace with pendants hanging off it. I'll go find out for you

Nvm, it was from a local shop so can't really be traced

Yes, necklaces are the way to go.
I say go with silver, with a diamond pendant within some silver.
    Kiiinda like http://images.gilletts.com.au/images...sc/g11074c.jpg
but without the pearl.. but that's kinda the idea. Apparently, they're all the rave and my boyfriend got me one similar and it goes with everything, it's durable and that one's probably expensive but mine was only 80aud.
Just go to a jewlers and ask them for their advice.
