I've been sat in HxHD this evening for quite a while there are ten people in the room (2 staff members) all dead silent except for one guy who said 'Hi' gave up and left.. lol
This was something I really enjoyed and that's why I liked you even more than I did before you did all those things. It put in some light to the department but now, in my opinion, it's get in the desk, help host event lol. I know I work for HxHD at the moment itself, but I actually find it quite tiring just doing jobs. Since we have James (Devil.Wont.Cry) back, he's trying to do the same sort of thing you used to do (power rangers) with his Head Quarters still alive but it just doesn't seem right . Anyhow, I can't wait to see what the changes are in the new year... I don't actually know yet .

I usually, see HxHD Green, it rarely becomes yellow. Literally never red; but changing it into a lounge really wouldn't help at all. HxL does help but it's rather annoying with the "partyers" spamming and blocking the way.

And I clearly agree on Jake, Scott, Dan, Bren and Scott(entrance)'s views as there are clearly staff inactive and some staff more active than the manager himself, and I'm not trying to offend him in anyway, just trying to point out that there should be a review on who should stay and who should go, as inactive staff are taking up valueable space without sufficient knowledge or dedication, and there are unhired staff, who can't get a trial or a staff position because of other people.

If they are planning on changing it from a help desk then i would think its going to basically turn into a Clubhabbo or Hffm council lounge, were people go and chat it works for them they rooms are always busy.

In my honest opinion, the Help Desk is getting too professional. It needs to be loosened slightly and the staff members need to be having fun. I'm pretty much OK with what happens there, but I can see by general chit-chat of other staff, they aren't too thrilled.

I think making it a party room is a dumb idea. The Help Desk IMO needs to stay in a normal room and have a department for itself. Just like now. I don't know why anyone else isn't seeing it, but a lot of Habbos do actually come in wanting genuine help. Having a desk is essential in my eyes, but I do agree that it needs to be promoted and used as a hang out room.

Oh and by the way, taken from Habbox.com -
At the Habbox Help Desk we employ some of Habbo's best helpers! These people are dedicated to their job and do all they can to help others. HxHD is used frequently by the public to ask questions, these questions range from "How do I change my looks?" to "Help! I’ve got a hacker"! At HxHD the staff do everything they can to make sure you are safe and happy. However, many people use the HxHD to come and meet up with old friends, or even a place to come after a hard day at school. Staff in the Help Desk are always happy to help.
Asking every person who visits the Help Desk would take an eternity, therefore we've requested the help of ex-manager Immenseman, who ran the Help Desk from 2007 to 2008. He said "I like to visit HxHD regularly because I always find the staff and the majority of the visitors are genuinely nice people and are always up for a laugh. The atmosphere in there is usually tremendous with a great mix of people - NEVER a dull moment in HxHD!".

You don't have to use the Help Desk just to get help, you just pop along and have a discussion with friends, the help desk staff or even give help to other Habbos in efforts to be recognised by the staff as a helpful Habbo! Just tap nvrspk4 into the navigator and find the Help Desk!

Attendance and conduct rules need to be put into place, yes. On the whole, there is a strict atmosphere and you must always do things so it looks professional. Don't get me wrong, proffesional is very good, I just think it needs to be slackened.

Surely it is stil in place, that the team leader give there members a warning for poor attendance jay should be making sure that these people come into the desk if not then they get fired, it is simple it just dosnt seem to be getting done.

If it's slackened any more it might as well be an "everyone has rights" room.
