I want to be an architect, and if I am good enough I could be on £100k+ a year but I think as an average one around £40,000.

Yes, and I thought I was being realistic.

I thought it was like an ideal wage you would like to earn once qualified, wen I first qualified I think 15k a year would be hot.

I'll probably only be on a small wage, something like a million pounds a year

Starting wage, anything between 15-20k would be alright. As I gain more experience in my future line of work, I'd expect 35k+ by the time I'm 28 years old. If I get into a good company then hopefully more, but they're targets I wish to achieve.
