    I use clearsil it gets rid of spots in days you can buy it in Home Bargains thats where i got mine from lul

    I asked around the station about this and my sergeant told me that the old over-night way to get rid of them is before you go to bed steam your face (put your face above boiling water in a bowl, with a towel trapping your head and the bowl together so that its your face that is absorbing the steam). Then burst the visible spots and soak a peice of wool in aftershave and stick it to the spots.

    When you awake they should be gone!
    Cakes and ale' are synonymous.

    Theres some thing called Nivea Purifying Toner i believe, i use it every night and every morning its doesnt get rid of spots 100% but it makes your skin look so much better ;D

    I know greasy foods and chocolate can make spots worse, so cut down on them if you eat them.

    Also, I find that face wash works better than spot creams for me

    yeah same!
    the toothpaste before bed does work but it's really harsh on your skin so your skin can start to peel so i wouldn't do it too often & like jack said, face wash works better. Or use a facepack every so often (yer, even if you're a guy ) they really help too
