But if your in the back seat of a car and something goes wrong, you can't really do anything?

Thousands of feet in the air is a good thing because they're is more time

Pilots do it day in day out and they're trained for emergencies every 6 months, if they fail to land successfully in a simulator during an emergency then they will not be allowed to operate the real thing.

Your honestly really safe when your onboard an aircraft, you will probarbly go your entire life without ever having anything unusual happen to you.

Apart from turbulance, which is scary, but not exactly life threatening.

Turbulence is the best part of a flight

    Especially on final

I hate turbelence, and I hate take-offs.. and I hate landings.

I pretty much hate anytime the plane shakes.

    That sounds good to me!

Try overflying a tornado with severe turbulence being reported at all levels, that's fun too

4 hours of pure turbulence and airpockets, now that was a great flight. Shame it smoothed out when crossing the Atlantic
