Yeah this is a sticky situation (mind the pun). I think your brother will use this as leverage over you to make you do things. It's what brothers do. I am sure if you put on the waterworks and beg he'll kinda break a bit and torture you in silence. Then you do everything in your power to get dirt on him and then present it.
