    Scottish, I'm sorry to single you out but this is absolutely ridiculous. You tend to assert opinions based on what you presume to be factual evidence which has a tendency to be nowhere close to accurate. And statements such as these are ridiculous:

    Your original point was that nobody asked for help, there was a screenshot that proved that they did, end of story. Not, "Well they weren't provided with real help, the real help was biased" etc. By that suggestion no fansite should have a help desk.     You need to remember she is just expressing an opinion not picking faults about the helpdesk afterall this is the feedback sections and she is just giving good feedback.

    I do think the staff are in there sometimes and as previous posts state the staff can't be in there 24/7 perhaps you just go into the helpdesk at the wrong times, i do think this is a very good point though. In my point of view i think it should be changed into a lounge and have the desk completely removed but keep the staff as they are and have them as room moderaters rather than helpdesk staff. I do not think this will happen though either way i think its good but lounge would suit it better as thats how its used today, i'm not saying people don't ask for help maybe they do but very rarely when i'm in there they ask for help, i think i just might come in at the wrong time.

    Thats my point of view on this topic i had no mean to offend anyone in anyway and if i did i apologise.

    I reckon the lounge has more chance of succeeding than a help desk tbh.

    but what difference would it make, its practically a lounge as it is that has a small desk for help if its needed. If thats removed, it will have the exact same rules, the exact same atmosphere and the exact same goings on except it wouldn't be as obvious that we do offer help. No one would look at "Habbox Lounge" and think "Ideal, I need some help! Ill pop in this lounge".

    HxHD is no longer just a help desk. It is now a Help Desk / Lounge and should be evaluated as such. Therefore it being filled with HxL Partiers is just as much of a success as it being filled with those who are seeking help.

    Well,

    Everytime I go on Habbo (which is once every blue moon:8) I pop on down to the helpdesk. During peak times of 4pm-10pm I may visit it once or twice and every time I have there is usually always 2 or so members of helpdesk staff in there. This includes sitting behind the bar and infront of it. Ok, maybe people dont always go in there for help but they can ask if needed and I have seen some come for help.

    Anyway, what do you mean its not populated? You go in there 24/7 and always seem to chat with all your little buddys in there so I mean, unless you arent anything - theres people in there.
