I don't complain if your staff are fair, however if i insult someone get a warning, someone insults me gets let off with it thats hardly a fair way for staff to treat guests, therefor i'd complain as the person deserves a warning, if i insulted someone, didn't get a warning and then someone insulted me i wouldn't expect them to get a warning either.

And no i don't care, irl you're not going to go warning 1 scott for being rude to tara are you, majority of people who use hxhd are about 15 other than a few 13 year olds or so like molly, lucy and lexi who is about 10. And even at 10 years old i'd expect them to know alot of swear words and use them, this is 2009.. people are always rude and at the end of the day it is habbo's responsibility to ban members causing problems and such, hxhd staff can't do much

move your staff, they dont HAVE to be in that one area and if a member is rude over there im sure you'll get over it. i don't see the point in making a big ugly room then closing 60% of it because you can't see what someone is saying because your too lazy to move to see... lol

To be fair to Scott, where in the rules does it say: The gate will be shut, closing off the majority of the room, because a few people might say bad things.

It doesn't and it's not a rule and if people don't like it then it's fair enough to complain because it is a stupid thing. Normally I don't critisise HxHD but this is one thing that is stupid.

Glad to see it's being fixed though which is good as the managers have taken on what has been said and dealt with it

There is no rule as its related to the layout and one of the managers said that it will only be opened when staff are in there due to staff not being able to see some conversations where people may be rude.

Thats what we're doing scott, but if theres one member of staff its impossible to be in 2 places at once. So until we work something up when 2 staff are in hxhd it'll be open (unless theres no ss+above)

close the help desk when no ss staff are in then as people can be rude and nothing will be done :S thats how stupid that idea is, lol...

Scott hte whole desk wont be closed, just that area. Its not often when there isnt atleast on SS in there.

My point is, you're saying that section of the help desk is closed when no SS staff are in there. So even if people can't get in there, they can be rude as no SS staff are there to kick

So basically
No SS = Area closed = ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????

if no SS are in the room i can be rude without consequences (other than being reported to habbo) so i fail to see the point in closing off that area..


thats like saying because no ss are in to kick we must close this area because people can be rude in it, when they could be rude in the full room when no SS are there, so OMG WE MUST CLOSE THE HELP DESK WHEN NO SS ARE THERE AS PPL CAN BE RUDE !!! :rolleyes:
