As many people have said, time will tell, after watching the keynote video I did become more impressed with it, the way it worked, ok correct it's a bigger iPhone, I do agree with this, but if you look at this iPad differently, for example the use in a family situation to show pictures, a big, light, portable, very clear screen for photos and movies to pass around, it's expensive but to some people who do a lot of things like that it's possible, another scenario could be a photographer wanting to show a potential client photos, from experience if you show up with an expensive item to show off your work the client is possible to accept you more as it shows your willing to invest money and event into it.

The iPhone is a personal item, and what I think is due to it being a bigger iPhone it's clouded peoples judgement a little in that this possibly isn't designed for a single person, it's designed for a family to use. Games for kids, word editing for parents, contacts for both, it's an expensive for possible management system for a busy family, it could be used several ways within a family and I think that's what Apple may have aimed it at.

So you're just going to totally claim ignorance to the fact that it has a faster processor higher screen rez, re-written applications including official "ibooking" and a heck of a lot better mail and itunes. I'm not saying it's going to be the best tablet ever but I am not silly enough to go ranting about how bad it's going to be without having tried it. Don't be the typical msfanboy!!!1111
