No it's not... ITS MASS MARKET.
Designer clothing like Louis Vuitton is not mass market. Clothing brands like Nike are.

A massive amount of scene and indie clothing over the last 4 or 5 years has been based on chav fashion, notably the reprisal of Gola and Diadora along with Adidas classics and whatnot a few years back for scene kids, and also Fred Perry, Jack Wills and Lyle&Scott becoming part of indie fashion in the last couple of years
