I think the problem was that over the past year or two the Head DJ role transfered to nearly management which was quite silly indeed and really that needed to be stopped whilst it was happening. The Head DJ role in its past form was always useful and vital with transition from that to management. Managers are management and no one else should be, I think it was quite silly to even start defining them that. Leah and Hayley brought perfect points out there. I think one manager and one assistant is too much, we shouldn't be making the management bigger, it should in my opinion be two managers, two Head DJs, 4-6 seniors and the rest. I am not doubting Gemma's hard work and effort here, I am simply stating this role of Head DJ did change too much into a managerial role and there should have been a platform kept between senior and managers.
