'you can try to register it again' meaning once the un-merged ones are deleted they will be free as the others who had the same name would/should have changed now i.e roger$ etc. Therefore, there will be names available, or should be.

They must of had the idea of deleting accounts because of the quote below.

You are not guaranteed to get your un-merged account back once it is deleted but you can try to register it again at www.Habbo.com.

They wouldn't of added that part if they weren't going to delete them, it just wouldn't make sense.
