I've experienced it once, that was today and it was for a couple of minutes. I wouldn't say it's ridiculous, had it gone down for a lot longer I'd say it was ridiculous.

I realised It's annoying for me too as I'm trying to write my Mod Reports. There really is nothing I can do though other than tell you to be patient and grin and bear it.
