    do it in moderation.
    dont skip meals eat losts of fresh fruit and veg, drink and fill up on water
    and watch your porition sizes too

    Why not try to eat 5 small meals with 2 piece oof fruit or veg in 3. It helps if you walk foor about 10 mins and do have at least 500 ml of water. Why not try and do some sit ups whilst watching ur fave show!!!

    Try and do these evryday!

    Also, have a drink before you eat because you might be thirsty than hungry

    Just Make Sure You Eat Healthy And Exercise..
    Play Football At Your Skool...
    Don't Opt For Fatty Foods IN The Canteen...

    (to be honest i don't goto lunch, i stay and play footie..)

    yeah just choos the heatlthy option n say have fast food once a month ot every two months i have fatty foods every 3 months n i do 3 kind of sport n im heatly but i was ova weight so its go 2 do dat

    True True, And Everyday when you wake up before school. Do 10 Push Ups And Gradullay Add More Onto Them As Your Mucsles in your arms strengthen. This Tones Your Arms, Abdominal Mucsles (abs). This Is Good For Also Getting That "Rush" From Exercising To Help You Wake Up On A Morning..

    yup every morin b4 i go 2 skool i get up about 1hr 30 mins early n i go for a 45 min run get back n have a shower n den i walk 2 school its easy all u gotta do is stuff like this then u will in time feel a diff
