poor moderation/attention to reports

Think this thread has run it's course. We know what needs changing and it will all get sorted within the next couple of days hopefully. Any complaints about moderators action you can post it in the support forums by clicking here. Thanks to anyone who has provided feedback on Moderation and what changes can be applied to the department overall to make it better.
