Whats wrong with liking Naruto & Naruto Shippuden? It's a fairly good anime, it's not the best one out there, but it's not horrible
It is horrible tho, In Naruto you had the 80 odd episodes of filler which were horrible and sometimes the quality dropped as well, then Shippuden i hated how they kept having fillers between arcs relating to the next arc and dragging it on, also the flash back to pre-shippuden filler. I read the manga not because i enjoy it but i feel obligated to because I've read it for 6-7 years. The story itself is highly predictable, plot no jutsu and they kept killing of people i liked just to move the story. I dropped the anime years ago only thing I'll watch is the films. Naruto doesn't deserve to be on any ones favorite list because there are plenty of better shows.I really hope it ends soon.

and I forgot to add Monster in on my list, but I love it
You redeemed yourself, I'm looking forward to the HBO version

Well we all have our opinions, and I thoroughly enjoy Naruto & Naruto Shippuden, and yes the series is ending (Manga wise) within the next year or so, because they are coming to a close on the War arc, which is supposedly the last arc.

I don't mind the fillers, some of them are horrible, but some aren't. There aren't as many fillers as you claim. In each major arc there are about 5-10 filler episodes(gotta further the distance from the manga and the anime), that seems like a lot, but in the whole scheme of things, it's not. Plus some of the fillers fill you in on backgrounds of characters that we knew nothing about earlier. Such as Sasori, just in the previous episode (which was a filler yes) it focused on Sasori as a child and why he turned out like he did. A lot of fans actually care about the backgrounds of characters, instead of it just being understood that they're evil or good, which makes this a reason why a filler could be good. A good bit of the fillers in this arc, still relate to the arc, they don't branch off into something random. However, as a whole the series is great in my opinion.

I didn't know Monster was coming on HBO, not like I can watch it anyway, don't have HBO :/

Forgot to add this to my previous post.

It's an action anime. Characters are meant to die, regardless if we like them or not. I didn't particularly want Itachi or Neji to die, but hey things happen. What's the point of an action anime like DBZ, One Piece, Naruto, or Inuyasha if characters don't die? Oh expect everything to be fine if they don't die? Yea, like that'll make the story move forward.

I can't think of a good Naruto filler I've seen.

I know how filler works but other series are able to manage it better. and i googled a filler guide for naruto its outdated but still

Plus some of the fillers fill you in on backgrounds of characters that we knew nothing about earlier.
which isn't canon tho and most of the time its stupid little things.

But ALOT of filler isn't like that tho.

Well i think your wrong. and this is coming from someone who would have been a considered a "Narutard" before i started watching more series and obviously got into the better series One Piece.

I didn't know Monster was coming on HBO, not like I can watch it anyway, don't have HBO :/
Download it when it comes out.

Couldn't care about them 2 I'm talking about Asuma and Jiraiya. Jiraiya was the only thing that made Naruto good for me.
What's the point of an action anime like DBZ,
    Dragon Balls, No one "Dies"
    One Piece,
Theres only been 2 deaths in a 600+ Series(not including flashbacks). You don't need deaths to make a good story.
    Naruto,
    Already said
    or Inuyasha
    Haven't seen
if characters don't die? Oh expect everything to be fine if they don't die? Yea, like that'll make the story move forward.
Once again i point you to the far superior One Piece and Dragonball. Either no deaths or very limited and there considered the top 2. Deaths mean nothing, they can do when used correctly
So yea. Atleast we can agree on Monster.

I still think that it's a decent anime even with all of it's flaws.

I do like Gurren Lagann, I watched it and I love it. However you're not going to stop me from watching or liking the Naruto Series, I think that it's decent anime. I happen to like what I like and you happen to like what you like, thats fine.

^ I get it, you don't like the Naruto Series. No offense, but you can shut up about it now.

Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex was a good anime in my opinion, I need to rewatch it.
