I'm from Wisconsin in the US, but I've been living in Finland for a while (The climate/weather is pretty much the same) and I always think it's funny when places that don't get snow normally, or snow often anyway, freak out over the slightest bit.

A few weeks back we had a blizzard in Finland, probably more than a metre of snow, but guess who was walking in it to school at 6 AM? Me. Haha.

Its just stopped here, been snowing alllll day! There is like a foot of snow out there now, and yeah its been really windy too so kind of like blizzard conditions!

I now love the snow scene on my camera. It's been snowing for a few hours, I was at my boyfriends house when it started, when I was on my way home it was fine snow and now it looks like a blizzard. I have work tomorrow so it looks like I'll be walking 3.3 miles at this rate .
