From what i've seen so far it looks awesome.

Maybe department managers could be given a certain amount of Tokens to give to their staff at the end of the month for performance during the month.

why should staff get extra tokens each month

Not a bad idea. My only fear would be that staff get in arguments if they feel they have done more than others - mind you I guess that can happen with promotions and stuff too.

I certainly think it could be a great system to reward staff though.

Also what about tokens for reporting posts. Obviously some people may abuse and report any old post, but maybe there could be a system where only if accepted the tokens are given?

Personally I don't think that's needed, but at the same time I guess it could work.

Awarded for each Word along with the Post amount when this action occurs.

It is currently on 0.01 (This can be changed)

In terms of VIP+ - Still looking into it as the main feature of + was that you were able to switch the colours with ease. But I can't find a way of doing that any more. Unless someone can think of any other features that would benefit in bringing it back.

Ah that is good I think - 100 words is another token then, which isn't unreasonable (although it is slightly concerning that Dan/Undertaker will soon have a billion tokens ;l haha )

Is the VIP+ issue something that has arisen from vB 4.0? Once again I cannot link you to the website, however they can switch username colours over there - although not sure on how it is done.

I think it is almost vital of having some low token prizes - maybe 10 rep or something. I highlighted this in the other thread, but users will be more likely to keep posting if they can see that they are actually getting something out of it

A nice idea, however it would have to be manual again, which isn't ideal.

I guess they can only realistically do things which are automatic, or are not very common (otherwise it would take far too long!)

I believe it may be in regards of vB 4 and there was a plugin for vB 3 to allow it to happen. I am not 100% how it was done previously - I first thought it was those usergroups you could request to join but then anyone can ask to join it and then you would also have to go through the requests. If anyone knows how any other forum does it and they are on vB 4 then let me know.

You select which one to make primary.

Its done using joinable groups. Sort of like Habbox merit ug
