I'm not saying it's right that you didn't get a reply, but if you didn't then you should take it into someone else hands because A) they may have missed it or B) they're incapable/have too much going on. This isn't an issue about font size though, this is turning into yet another feedback thread (or question, I don't know).

So because I didn't reply the rule on size 7 text suddenly didn't apply to you and therefore you didn't have to remove it?

You got PM'd and asked to do something by a moderator who was implementing a rule. You should of removed or reduced it whilst you was questioning the current rule on the forum rather than leave it. It's been sorted now.
